Eterna Contessa Ladies Watch Looking Good
Filed under: Timepieces / Watches

While a few dials are available for this attractive rectangular style watch case, the version here has one in mother-of-pearl with diamond hour markers. The case is also set with diamonds along the bezel and side. There is also a diamond cabochon in the crown. The dial is impressively easy to read - reaffirming Eterna's ideal of having highly legible watches. Here, that fact does not detract from the aesthetic grace of this flattering timepiece. I like the Belle Epoque style font used for the Contessa name on the dial, as well as the tapered rectangle shape on the dial that helps give the watch more of an organic feel, not being too angular.
The pictured watch comes on a white lizard strap, while other colored straps are available as well as a steel bracelet. Inside the watch is a Swiss ETA quartz movement. Price is very reasonable given the quality and the weight of the diamonds on the case. I believe it retails well below $10,000, and much less without, or with less diamonds.
