The development also calls for modern interior updates and a touch of green, the project is aiming for LEED Gold certification. The residential suites are penthouse and sub-penthouse units with views of the Pacific and the San Juan Islands. They range in size from 857 sq. ft. to 2,285 sq. ft. and prices start at $1 million.
