This Upper East Side carriage house is a skinny slice of NY life in seven pieces. The lower level is a separate suite with a bedroom, kitchen, bath, gym, storage, etc. The second level is the first floor that is open space which is currently an art gallery/three car garage, the next level has the family room and a bedroom suite, the level after that, the fourth, is the main family living space with the living room, dining room and kitchen.
