It's the time of year when we hear Bing Crosby crooning "White Christmas" You could celebrate your own Christmas inside Bing Crosby's estate in Rancho Mirage, California.

The home is on more than an acre of land in the Thunderbird Heights community. The five-bedroom home combines an Asian theme with a dose of with Hollywood memorabilia. Legend has it that President John Kennedy met with Marilyn Monroe here back in 1962 and one two-bedroom suite in the house is named the Kennedy Suite and decorated with images of the young president and Marilyn Monroe. The Kennedy suite has a full-sized living area and a private entrance. The master suite has a fireplace and a spa. Much of the home opens to an outdoor swimming pool and spa with fireplaces and a custom-designed putting green. This estate is on the market for $3.495 million dollars. Bing Crosby's 1966 Aston Martin at Auction

A stunning 1966 Aston Martin DB6 that belonged to singer and movie star Bing Crosby will be auctioned off during Mecum Auctions' sale on August 14 at the Hyatt Regency in Monterey, California during Monterey Classic Car Week. The mint condition car features an original black leather interior and cherry wood steering wheel and new silver paint, while some mechanicals have been rebuilt to original specifications. The left hand drive beauty is powered by the famed British marque's 4 liter OHC straight 6 engine rated at 282 hp. Mecum have not released an estimate on the vehicle, but a copy of the title with Bing Crosby's name on it is included with the winning bid.

Spelling Mansion Listed at $150 Million, Now World's Most Expensive Estate

Move over Fleur de Lys: Candy Spelling's legendary massive 123-room Holmby Hills mansion has officially hit the market with a record-breaking asking price of $150 million. That's $25 million more than the Beverly Hills behemoth Mariah Carey is said to have made an offer on recently, and officially makes the Spelling mansion, called "The Manor," the world's most expensive estate in terms of current listings, the Wall St. Journal reports. The 57,000-sq.-ft. mansion, which has at least 11 bedrooms and 16 baths, was built by TV producer Aaron Spelling on the site of Bing Crosby's former estate, which they razed

Features include a bowling alley in the basement, a beauty parlor and a barber shop in the 17,000-sq.-ft. attic, a gift wrapping room, doll museum, a home gym, a wine cellar and wine tasting room, a humidity-controlled silver storage room, a china storage room, and a screening room where the screen rises up out of the floor with paintings moving up to reveal the projector, the Real Estalker reports. The gated grounds encompassing five acres include a motor court with a fountain, covered parking for dozens of luxury cars, formal gardens including a rooftop rose garden, a swimming pool and spa complex and of course a tennis court.
