Barry Miller In The Hollywood Hills, Estate of the Day
Filed under: Estates, Celebrity Shopping
Actor Barry Miller told the LA Times Hot Property column that he really was intending to live in the Hollywood Hills home he bought from "The King of Queens" creator David Litt in March for $1.95 million. But something must have changed, Miller's thinking of moving back East and the freshly remodeled 1963 home is back on the market. The three-bedroom home's 'down to studs' remodel was done by Robert Kerr. The home has a courtyard entry with a fountain leading to an open and contemporary home in wood, stone and glass. Updated with a tankless hot water system, a new kitchen with a wine cooler, built-in espresso machine and refrigerator drawers, the home also has completely remodeled bathrooms with the latest in spa tubs. Given the extent of the renovation in the three bedroom home, the price is almost surprising. Miller wants $2.125 million.
