The Residences At 40 East 66th Street

The news has been full of talk of Manhattan's real estate slump lately. While it is true that prices are down there is always interest in a good address. That's one of the lures of 40 East 66th Street which has an enviable Madison Avenue location near Central Park, shops, cafes, museums and art galleries.
