1401 Lawrence To Be Tallest Building In Denver
Filed under: Estates
1401 Lawrence, a condominium complex planned for Denver, has announced a collaboration with glass artist Dale Chihuly. Chihuly, whose glass configurations often decorate expensive condos, will collaborate on the design and contribute original installations that will appear in the public spaces including even the elevators. This is the first time he has worked with a developer to work on a project like this. The building is a $165 million project that will be, at 51 stories, the tallest residential tower planned for the Denver area. The building will have 145 residences ranging in size from 1200 to 7400 square feet. The building will include a pool and garden on the sixth floor, a private dining room and multiple lounges.
