The listing calls it the "ultimate trophy apartment." Well at $40 million it better be. This Rosario Candela coop on Fifth Avenue has views of Central Park, four bedrooms with ensuite marble baths and an interior design by Alberto Pinto  that can only be described as ornate.  After the jump, overdesign competes with the ultimate view.
