And doesn't it look like they are less than wise worrying so much about their nails, their weave, their bling, that they can't even type a few sentences within a one hour time frame? Ridiculous!

Nov 30th 2010 9:22AM I can speak straight from experience behind the scenes that U of P where I worked as an enrollment counselor, that quality of the student being enrolled was not the goal. It was to get as many butts in the seats in the classrooms no matter what, or face the scrutiny of your managers for not reaching "goal" with the number of enrolled students per month. If I spent more time with a student to determine the proper degree program or to just get a feel for their ambitions...I was called on it because I "talked too long" instead of "filling out the paperwork for enrollment". If I enrolled only 20 instead of 30 per month, I was called on it...chastized by my manager and faced fear of demotion or worse...firing. It was a joke how many numbers of students received thier financial aid, received "refunds" for money left after classes were paid for and then blew the thousands of dollars they would get back, and then not not come to class or drop out...and then they would be in arrears for that money. And in the classroom? Well, forget the Team Concept...most of the time the students were on teams with two members out of five who never did any work, but would earn the same grade as the other three who knocked themselves out! On the other hand, the school bent over backwards to pass students who were just plain stupid, just to keep their butts in the program so that the school would not lose the money that was generated by their being there. In other words..there are allot of degreed individuals running around out there, graduated from U of P that are dumb as a bag of rocks..yet they carry around Bachelors and Masters degrees! If I were a business owner, I'd hire someone with life experience over a degree from U of P..their standards in my opinion just don't cut it...all the way around!

Nov 20th 2010 9:09AM I simply cannot stand Sandra and her annoying step by step descriptions on how to put something together. Yea, Sandra, we "put the oregano in the bowl" DUH!!! Then we "place the tray on the shelf in the oven" again DUH!!!!. Why can't she assume we know to put the darn cake in the oven..we want to bake it right? No body is gonna leave a tray filled with cake mix out on the kitchen counter...DUH!!!! Her program makes her look like she is afraid to leave out any description part of "mix" "stir" "bake" "pour" "put" etc.... I want to just ring her scrawny neck by the end of the program. But right now, it is what I put up with in between channel surfing if I want to see the beginning of the program and the end result at the end. I, right now, just change the channels to get out of the excruciating descriptive step by painful step..middle!

So those of you who keep saying that the bad guys were caught without the benefit of the new system are a bunch of crybaby idiots. To put your personal comfort ahead of a plane load of people because you can't stand a little inconvenience are just a bunch of selfish ninnies!
