Aug 13th 2010 11:59AM Anyone who's been around Engadget long enough knows that they have a problem with controversy--they've disabled commenting in the forums more than once because things got too heated? Srsly. The effects of this editorial, causing the themes to be removed overnight, are simply sad.
I'd say that a Nazi German corporation would have been more predisposed to remove the apps than one in the USA, much less Google; but throw Topolsky into the mix and you get this justified censorship against which no one can legitimately argue. Rubbish.

Apr 15th 2010 8:20PM Please read Page 3 lines 21-22. ". . .with intent to defraud or deceive." This leaves room for interpretation and as long as you're not going out and spoofing so you can get grandma's credit card info, you're fine.

Feb 16th 2010 5:04PM I've been Skyping on VZW 3G since forever. I don't understand how this is news. Problem is, quality sucks on handsets because of the CPU limitations--tether to a PC for Skype calling and the delay and dropped calls become almost tolerable.
