Savage Island, Estate of the Day {Luxist}

May 24th 2007 12:51PM I had not heard of this place and then to my surprise the house and island are right ehre next to Hilton Head! I am in Hilton Head right now and I must say my accomodations (a small but manicured 2 br/2 ba condo are nicer than the house in the picture. But since I don't own an island (only my condo) I would still take the island - but for less than $15MM.....real estate sales are a bit slow in Hilton Head this season!
