Austin Contemporary, Estate of the Day {Luxist}

May 21st 2007 8:47PM This place is on 8th and Congress which is right next to all the happening night life in Downtown Austin.

I actually went to this place for an INSANE after party. This was about one year ago, in fact I actually documented it and have some pics at the house:

It was owned by an Indian guy named Eddie at the time, and it was an AMAZING place. It had an elevator and everything. Lets just say this is a GREAT house and GREAT location to throw a party!

The funny thing is you would NEVER expect this place to be on 8th and Congress. If you told an Austin resident there was a $7.5 mil luxury residence there, they might now believe you.
