Meatloaf, Made the Gross Way {Lemondrop}
Nov 27th 2010 10:43AM My meatloaf looks like that when I cook it. I use a Bobby Flay recipe and that's exactly what it looks like. It's the pan - if you cook it in a bread pan it looks nicer but all the grease is in the meat. If you use meat with too low fat it falls apart and has no flavor. I think the writer of this article and the poster of the video to failblog has an issue with her relationship to the Governor of NY and also has never made meatloaf. I agree it looked kinda icky but that's all the stage-productions problem - they should have cleaned up the pan so it looked prettier for TV.

May 17th 2010 10:06PM My cat came with the name Sorbet from the SPCA, it was a stupid name and since he didn't answer to it anyway (and he was only a little kitten) we renamed him. His new name is Winston Churchill; we call him Chooch or Choochie. A new name completely made him come alive, he went from a whimpy skittish cat to a cat who, when called, barrels into the room at full cat speed...we love him!

Dec 9th 2009 4:38PM I lived near Amish country for awhile, and about 10 yrs ago there was actually a child who died from a horse and buggy accident. 2 boys were racing each other in their horse and buggys and they ran over a child and killed her. So the cop did the right thing - just because it was a horse and not a car it doesn't mean it isn't dangerous for the other people on the road. What if a car was driving down the road and had to swerve in order to avoid the drunk guy in his buggy? Would you feel the same way?>

Jan 31st 2009 10:12AM I hate the Glad lady commercials. You know the friends come in and she says "Ohh those, they're French candles" and her friends mock her and say "Gla de". Who does that? I mean if they really are youre friends then wont they understand you got a great candle deal on a nicely smelling candle at the grocery store. Ugh...
