Apr 4th 2008 4:31PM while gold and diamonds are of course made of organic material, they are NOT NOT NOT eco friendly. the area of land from which they are mined is permanently blighted. they should be harvested in a much more responsible manner, but that would take much more money.
Jul 12th 2007 10:27PM great idea to generate publicity. there's an epidemic in china right now. noone's wearing condoms and the abortion rates are sky high with women using abortions as a contraceptive measure. and in china, noone talks about sex so some peeps don't even know what condoms are.
May 19th 2007 9:40PM actually aknod, that is untrue. 360's recycled paper and glass packaging, sustainable energy sources and distillation process, and their "close the loop" recycling program, all beg to differ. they are way ahead of any other vodka when it comes to environmentalism with the exception of perhaps four brands, those being those being square one, reyka, utkins uk 5 & snow leopard. i recently wrote a post on my blog about all of the above if you'd like to check it out it's intoxicatedzodiac.com/blog.
May 5th 2007 9:04PM hey, it's something. which is better than nothing. i'd rather buy vodka from a company who at least tries to help the environment than a company who doesn't. so what if it's a marketing ploy, it's called capitalism. Isn't that the beauty of america? we all need to be educated consumers and be able to tell for ourselves which products are an "eco" farce and which are not.
