Besides, if your are homeless that usually means you don't care about life at all. That means you or some one in the family didn't care of school or life. Animals are cool. Animals that race are cool. Number 16 again proved a point by saying that the animals may breed and make a crap load of money off that. I would give a little, maybe $50 to both. That would at least be every year.
