Sunday Real Estate Round-Up {Luxist}

Nov 25th 2007 11:27AM It should also be noted that yet another $75 million dollar property has hit the market, this time it is located in Greenwich, CT making it the most expensive property in the state, easily outpacing the $40 million being asked for 10 acres of waterfront property. The estate was home to the late Leona Helmsley and is known as Dunellen Hall. The listing is with Barbara Wells of Prudential CT. Known for their extravagant lifestyle, the Helmsley's have made many improvements to the 1918 house including an indoor and outdoor pool and additions to bring the home to 23,000 sq ft with 12 bedrooms and 9 baths. The estate contains 21 acres and can be found here: http://realestate.nytimes.com/sales/detail/274-1313589.

If you actually read the interview that this post is based off of, you will see that the prices that Panke quotes are in euros and substancially higher than the ones we see in America. Know your shit before you criticize someone.

BTW a M7 sounds amazing.
