truth is like for a co worker with limited english both Husband and Wife working 2 jobs icluding all the bonuses or extra comission , the Bank of America Loan officer in order to qualify them for a loan did some fancy paper work , and the guy did not know what He was getting into either , she did because there was a bonus , their modest house became a nightmare , they went from agency from A to Z to negotiate the mortgage the house lost 3/4 of the value was located in bad location and no one wanted to give them the time of the day so they short sell loosing everythingand the house was just sold by the bank little bit above 1/4 of the original value . I have another house 5 houses away yopung couples same story , they found a buyer , the bank refused the house as been seating empty for 3 years , the young couple told the bank they could shove it {can't writte this} and moved , ewho lost the bank , by renegotiating they would have income now it is 100% liability .
I have no mercy for banks they are all crooks .

Jun 29th 2012 12:51PM nothing new , simply ask any unniversity student where they leave , you will find a single family house has been turned into in some case a dozain rental unit and most of the time without heat or running water , our daughter rented a garage and I packed the door with 3 inches thick foam to insulate it a bit , what is being done to these students is a scandale while regent are reaping record wages , which increased every 3 months.
Then you expect these students not tobe bitter . there is a difference between being a landlord and being a scum lord , here it is done with the blessing of the unniversity . Prove me wrong .
