Newfoundland Island For Sale {Luxist}

Feb 23rd 2006 2:40PM I think that it is a beautiful island. Our province is so full of such history that it's hard not to be attracted to this island and the home which is on it. I know the picture of the island itself is a little discouraging, but if you go to the ad on ebay, it shows pictures of the land around the house, as well as pictures of the house and the 100ft causeway which connects the island to Grand Bruit. As for the comment of the island being remote and "chilly": this is Newfoundland, not Iceland....we do not live in igloos and we do have a beautiful summer....warm, not chilly.
