I am a conservative and it's nice to see that a columnist with whom I might disagree on certain issues, understands perfectly the true liberal position.
Unlike so many on the new "left", Mr. Cannon presents his view while always keeping in mind that a REAL liberal would never want to stifle speech, but encourage it.
I may disagree with his assessment of Glenn Beck, but I do agree with his assessment regarding the likely result of any boycott.
Mr. Cannon, keep up the good work!

Thank you for expressing your distaste while maintaining the rights of folks to be "distastefull".
Your not-so-subtle reminder of how many "liberals" today apparently don't even understand the meaning of the word, wasn't missed either.
