May 25th 2010 4:57PM Bullies can be male or female. They are usually large for their age. They enjoy preying on the weak because they get off on power and control. They LIKE to bully- it gives them a rush. They will not bully someone who is as big as they are, but rather pick on the weak of body, mind or spirit. They like to pick on people who are loners.
They typically are not honor roll students-but maintain an average (or below) grade point. They usually like to hang out in small groups rather than alone, as they become braver when they have to prove themselves to their peers. Often these kids were neglected or abused at home and it becomes a learned behavior. Often these kids grow up with the inability to resolve any kind of conflict other than physical or emotional abuse. They eventually land in jail.
Assemblies showing bullies and bully-proofing schools need to be promoted by the administration. Make it "Uncool" to hang out and give attention to bullies for wrong behavior. Teachers need to be alert as to who are the trouble makers and who are the targets, which should be discussed at faculty meetings. A student's school record forms need to document them as a bully so that this record follows them. Good kids, with values, need to verbally challenge bullies and stick up for the target. Other kids need to back these leaders and make it not OK to witness brutality for sport..
Everyone needs counseling- one on one, including the parents.

I am having trouble finding a like minded man who would appreciate someone like myself. Where does one go to find such a man?
Usually men like the younger, implanted woman who just wants them for their money.

Also, you are helping to put the struggling American companies who employ Americans out of business. Please consider the future ramifications of your actions to your children and grandchildren living in America NOW; who probably don't want to learn Chinese down the road but will have to at the rate this country is being torn apart. Is MORE cheap materialism worth this price? Think of the future PLEASE!

The bottom line is that both the rich, middle class, and the lower economic classes have people in them, who were raised with manners, courtesy, kindness, charity, and a positive personna. God did not discriminate as to where he put these evolved souls.
"Good Breeding", as my Grandmother used to call it, will attract like minds.
So, decide where you fit in the Bell Curve of Life, and seek out your own energy vibrations. Release the others to their own Karmic Lessons.

Nov 8th 2008 2:07AM Having lived in Australia, we NEVER tippd our waitresses or waiters because they were being paid $17 (Australian dollar) an hour to do their job. That was the standard salary across the country. They were people who were outgoing, loved to joke around with you, and gave you outstanding service. Those that were less than "top drawer" were never requested to be seated at their tables.
The point is, they didn't depend on their tips for a livelihood. The good ones stayed on and a personal relationship was established between the customer and the waiter/waitress. In fact, they were often responsible for bringing the locals into their restaurant because of their established friendship. They, and the owners of the establishment worked together as a team.
Having been a waitress myself, while putting through College in the States, I seldom had a problem with a tip, because I gave people wonderful service, and I was PLEASANT to be around, with the staff as well as the customers. I didn't have the attitude that "you owe me". I didn't judge people.

The greedy white man has always been on a conquest of any country that had something that they wanted. For example, twenty years ago, Reagan was bombing the heck out of the civilians in Libya (all in the name of God, by the way!) and today the Republican Oil and Gas conglomerates are suddenly schmoozing up to the Libyan Government as their best buddies. I am sure that itis just a coincidence that gasoline today is selling for 19 cents a liter in Libya.
I could go on and on about the adventures of the white man in his conquest of wealth at other's expense or extinction, but all you have to do to confirm this is to read your history books, or travel around the world to get to the truth. Greed, greed and more greed!
I am totally disenchanted with McSame, who crashed 5 planes and killed almost 150 men in his fourth crash. His records were sealed to the public on his military "career", as he was being constantly bailed out by Daddy's and Grandpa"s rank in the Navy. He barely graduated from the Naval Academy, being at the bottom of his class, but again, sailing along on the coattails of his name, he did barely graduate.
He should have been tried for treason after compromising military intelligence for his personal welfare and health as a POW. He is a Benedict Arnold (traitor) to our country, and NOW he is being revered and promoted to the highest rank in our country by the Republican party???? What gives with that?
Then we have Sarah Palin, the little gal from Alaska who is only a heartbeat away from becoming our President? This person is not capable of running this country; she has 5 kids who appear to have needed her attention more in the past from her, and she was not there for them then. Do you think that she really is going to be there for us?????????
The problem here, folks, is that there is another group of "individuals" that are REALLY running this country. To quote Rockefeller in the last Presidental election, "It doesn't really matter who gets in, they'll both be coming out of my pocket!"
This group of self-serving elete individuals are meeting this very weekend in Washington to determine our fate. Here's a hint: THE WORLD BANK and their 7 "Friends".
So WAKE UP AMERICA, start doing your research, and learn about what is really happening in this country RIGHT NOW before you lose all of your constitutional rights. This election is just a smoke screen to divert you away from truth and reality, and to bring up anger. We need to become the UNITED states of this country, and deal with our intelligence of facts, not our emotions based on lies. It's time to let White Supremacy go! Honor a person for their interior character, not their exterior false front.
