Jun 15th 2008 4:52PM I mean, this place is OK but really not at all spectacular. If Britney couldn't get $6MM for it two years ago, it's definitely not going to fetch that much now. You can get MUCH better in the East Village, Greenwich Village and the West village for less than 6. The formerly star-studded building doesn't really make up for the otherwise boring apartments.
Location on Bowery is sweet.

Bermuda has loads of homes like this that are far more impressive, comparably priced and infinitely more accessible from the U.S. Only thing about this is the view, which is sweet, but otherwise the property and house are...meh.
