Aug 29th 2007 7:16PM Too bad for the CEO I work in the hotel industry and there are things that are out of our control and then the customer wants to rake us over the coals. I know how he feels, if this were a gold customer that puts his bucks where his mouth is he would have been treated differently but this one time guy just wants everything for free. One more thing the airline industry as well as the hotel industry has not yet recovered from 9/11 the exspense was huge. We all need to hang in there and work together the best we can.

Or because he is black do you think that this is just a part of his genetic make up and being cruel is just the way he is and we should accept him the way he is? I really could not decyper what your meaning was with your scathing tounge lashing of Anne. But we have let OJ go cause that's just who he is, a murdering, lieing, cruel, human killer, so Mike you have a bunch of people on your side that thinks it's OK to do whatever you want to do and well that's just the way you are, mean self centered,cruel ect.... the list is just way too long, but if you want to get back into normal society why not give kindnes, forgiveness, goodness, lovingness a try.
