Kelsey and Camille Grammer's Real Estate Troubles: $1 Million Price Cut for Beverly Hills Home {AOL Real Estate}
Mar 7th 2013 12:53PM Wah, Wah, Wah! I feel so sorry for these two losers. Having to take a 1 million reduction on one of their many houses for sale. How will they survive? Seriously, with so many people still losing their homes to foreclosures, we are supposed to care or be concerned about these two taking a 1 million reduction on their multi-million dollar estate. Let me pause here so I can puke!

TSA Officers Fired After Stealing From Passengers {Gadling}
Sep 28th 2012 1:47PM Get rid of the TSA. The entire department is a huge waste of money. Bombs, knives, and other weapons still get through the screenings, yet they pat down some 85 year old lady for no good reason. This agency is fxxked up and answers to no one. Time to be dismantled.
Dana Nance of Houston Says She Unwittingly Rented Home to Marijuana Grow Operation {AOL Real Estate}
Sep 1st 2012 2:00PM In many states their is an organization called Apartment Owners Association. When you join and register your property, the assoc. will provide credit reports, eviction reports, and will be able to list bad credit on the tenants credit report if they don't pay of leave unpaid damages. It's worth the small amount of money to be able to access all this information.
Renters Beware: Fraudsters Still Lurking on Craigslist {AOL Real Estate}
Mar 13th 2012 10:37PM These scams are not only on Craigslist. I recently had an apartment for rent. Legitimate. You wouldn't believe the scammers who made appointments and never showed up to see the unit. Those who wanted to pay with an out of state check and move in right away. And finally, those who lied on their applications and were caught in the lies when I checked their Facebook page and they had listed plenty of personal information.
Kenneth Robinson, $16 Squatter, Kicked Out of Upscale Home {AOL Real Estate}
Feb 7th 2012 2:45PM Some of the banks would be money ahead to let "approved" people live in these houses rent free until they are resold and occupied. The people in the house could maintain the yards and keep the house from looking abandoned to prevent squatters and thieves from stripping the interiors. The lenders would have to have an agreement for the people to move out when the house is resold.

House of the Day: Live Outside the Box -- in a Missile Silo {AOL Real Estate}
Dec 1st 2011 11:31AM This is one of the coolest houses I have ever seen. Too bad it's in the middle of nowhere. Talk about a "safe room"....Here you have a complete safe house. I wonder how much money the government squandered on this site, renovation, and construction of the house above ground? $750,000 probably wouldn't cover the cost of building the house above ground, let alone all the neat areas below ground. Once again tax payers eat more government waste. And the government wonders why taxpayers want the military budget reduced?
Family Wrongly Booted From Home Returns To Wreckage {AOL Real Estate}
Dec 1st 2011 11:22AM That is why many families are choosing to stay, because sometimes the eviction never happens so they stay in their home as long as possible. Then there are the people who move back into their homes (illegaly) after the foreclosure and eviction. It keeps the house from being destroyed by looters and squatters.
