When someone moves to a community that has restrictions on children, they expect them to be upheld. If you want to have your small children/grandchildren live permanently with you, do not move to one. There are plenty of places you can live with your kids grandkids without being in violation of agreements.

Feb 27th 2011 2:40PM No one who "makes"over 250,00 needs to worry. Any junior accountant can "adjust " expenses to come up with any amount of taxable income. Company cars, maintenance on your residence paid by the business, entertainment expense accounts(country club dues,trips to "seminars") also retirement plans and insurance. Small business especially easy to hide income as expenses and fall below the threshold of 250,000. So stop complaining. The biggest taxpayers are those who make between 60,000 and 100,000. Not enough to get expensive accountants and lawyers to lower or avoid taxes. And that is where all the available monet for taxes is.

Not some front drive mini-car that governmant motors will try to foist off on the public. We all know that real luxury cars are all rear drive,and GM just doesn't want to make rear drive cars at all. Not everyone wants a small luxury car. It is called choice. So hope they make a real Cadillac for the first time since 1996.

The gov't approved car is a micro-mini-euro tiny car with a four cylinder engine and has to be front drive. I am surprised that they let GM build it. But better hurry as the government will probably step in and stop them.

Dec 18th 2010 9:37AM With the dropping of the Suburban, Tahoe, Yokon, in 2014, this may be the only full frame, rear drive v-8 powered alternative. As the gov't forces us all into mini-euro cars it won't be long before the pick-up will be gone. The SUV is done. Ford's new Explorer is really a mini-van without a sliding door. Front drive, no frame, limited towing ,no V-8, and not really 4wd. No choice from Ford. Gm inly the Tahoe/Suburban left(temporarily) Chrysler, no SOV with a frame and 4wd except the Jeep Wrangler. Interesting that the Japanese still have mid and full size real 4wd full frame SUV's.

The "new jobs" from now on will be part-time, minimum wage, no benefit, no future, treat you like crap because they can jobs. The best you can hope for is Wal-Mart or Burger Barn type jobe is that the employees will wise up and become unionized. Otherwise it is pretty bleak as the employersa definitely have the upper hand and will relentlessly squeeze their employees.
