Oct 9th 2007 2:35AM Oh my G'd!! What can I say!? This house is just dreadful, I hated every single part of it, just ugly and with no style at all!!!! What's that? I mean, please someone, define that 'style' if that's a word for it, the interior is dated, tear that house down and build something better, please... Glass elevator!? Isn't that too modern for that? Wood staircase and then a glass elevator... and the pool? OMG! It's a TOTAL disaster.

Sep 7th 2007 4:52PM GORGEOUS!!!! This is just ab fab, loved every single piece of this property, the price is good, architecture is just amazing and beautiful, and the decor!? OMG, minimal and just drop dead fabulous, what more can I say? The place got it all, oh, def an easy one to sell.

A nice piece of land, but the house need serious help!! Maybe, and let's rephrase the 'maybe' with a good architect and interior designer we can save this house without tearing the existing one down. Aug 31st 2007 2:02AM Ok, where should I begin with this one? The house itself is alright on the outside, beautiful exterior, the back is way better than the front. Ok, the house is dated from 2002 but it looks like it's from the '70s, the owners have no sense of decor at all, 8 million for that? Please, all the furniture is from Ikea, and plus, there are not enough bedroom suites, I would never pay all that money for a house that doesn't even offer you enough baths. The pool area with those tiles? Hideous... And what's with that mix of wood, bricks and wallpaper...?? Please. If you really want to sell that house, get a nice interior designer asap!! Otherwise... Good luck!! And I mean, really good luck!! Though sell...

Aug 12th 2007 11:10PM I have to agree with Spectacular Bid, although the property itself is lovely, the price tag is just absurd, I'm sorry, I don't get this excessive prices, not now, not ever, it's just overwhelming and does not face the reality, we do have in the world a LOT of houses ans estates in excess of 30 million, now, how many of those actually sell? I would say, a couple. Get real about the prices!
