Mar 29th 2007 11:35AM The Fairmmont at Tamarack is 300 rooms Plus, 125 rooms were reserved subject to an additional 75 being reserved this August before construction commences. A significant portion of the penthouses were sold to an Industrialist from Mexico.

Whoever runs the sales team for this project should be given a medal for the results this far.

I pity the poor manager trying to sell 300+ rooms a night in this project for prices that will provide a return to the unit owners--there are not that many rooms in the entire state of Idaho selling in that price range--it will be a long time until that market develops in Tamarack.
