Apr 10th 2011 2:27PM I totally agree , get it right the first time, especially for the brand new Chrysler 200 and Dodge Avenger ..its good to see their working on making both those cars better with a new design. I would like to see the critics of the current 200 mouth tied so I am for a slight hold up to make the cars better.

Apr 9th 2011 1:08PM miketim1 you mean like the Honda element , lol that thing has always been a ugly dog, the Honda ridge line which is a rather bad and some how even more ugly knock off of the Chevy avalanche which came out before the ridge line.. How about the yesterday Toyota Camry's, their all boring and ugly. but given the fact they were high on reliability they sold great. The new Camry is handsome but lacks good quality as evidence by all those recalls. The scion Xb box suv is one of the all time ugly tiny cars out there and the scion Xb is not much better on the eyes ...The new scion tC is anther example of ugly that makes one sick. there are so many more from the 80's from Mitsubishi and Mazda that were ugly...speaking of Mitsubishi they whole line up is pure ugly. One major reason let alone their poor quality problems is falling from the sales charts and on the verge of going out of business here in the US. Of cause Mitsubishi is not even a threat to Hyundai ...

Apr 9th 2011 9:54AM Now Hyundai needs to put this 1.6-liter GDI turbo power plant capable of 208 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 195 pound-feet of torque at 5,000 rpm in the Elantra sedan and coming Elantra coupe. I like the looks of the veloster some what but the looks are too youthful looking like scion stuff for my tastes and I like my ride to be more main stream looking like the elantra , sonata and etc. If Hyundai has a sonata turbo with 274 hp from a 2.0 liter then this 1.6 liter GDI turbo would make since for Hyundai as a top model for the Elantra sedan and coming Elantra coupe. Also I would expect the 1.6 liter GDI turbo in the Elantra could return a healthy 38 mpg highway and 28 in the city.. lets face it, a sleek looking car like the new 2011 hyundai elantra with a 208 hp engine that is fun to drive and can get 38 on the highway would be a hot seller and priced qround 22,000 dollars

Apr 8th 2011 7:12PM Any one can say what they want but I am sorry I would not buy any car from japan right now, It may be paranoid of me to say so but IMO it is not wroth the slight risk of radiation which could lead to cancer etc..I also don't want none of these cars near my kids...The USA should bar these cars from being imported here. If Toyota Honda etc want to sell their cars here then make them here. I hope the government bans sells of japan made cars..Toyota quality problems will be the least of Toyota owners problems who buy a nuke japan car
