Jun 20th 2007 10:03AM there is no need for partys to be so expensive my parties have elaborate thems like my son had a pirate backyardigan party but the games and activities we did are all handmade like walk the plank walk(cake walk) where the winners all received handmade cupcakes. bobbing for barnicles(apples) all prises were duplicate happy meal toys as i ahve 3 kids not to mention yardsales have these allt he time for like a dime. and the goody bag was a paper bad that said pirate loot. you can get creative without breaking the bank my kids parties including cake and gift usually runs around 150.we alwasy have the parties at home or local parks which is free. or we sometimes rent the local rec department which is 50 bucks for 4 hours. my point is you can have a great party but it takes lots of preperation and planning. some parents dont want to do it their selves thats where money comes to play. as for thems i buy one themed pack of party supplies go to the just a dollar store and cordinate colors. and one more suggestion have the party between 2-5 then you dont have to supply a meal just brownies and chips and cookies. every one goes home happy and the party is a success.oh yeah and i have never bought a store made cake make it yourself you and your child will appreciate it more.our next party for my son is going to be olympic based where we split into teams and do sack races 3 legged race tug of war cheap and fun. bust a pinata too the biggest expense willt he the olympis themed jumping pit which cost 100 dollars for 24 hours. total cost with jumper/gift/prises and cake maybe 200 bucks.need party ideas im full of theme email me minjnk@aol.com

Jun 18th 2007 9:55PM i love applebees but they are clumsy and not to mention slllloooooooooowww as crap witht heir service last time we went i ordered chicked and was hungry as we waited over a hour for our food after eating 1/4 of my chicken i glanced down only to see my chicken was solid pink not even cooked and covered with gravy i mean totally raw the manager came out and said a quick sorry mam and that was that 30 minutes later i recieved a small burnt piece of chicken in tis place but we had our 3 kids with us 1/5/12 and after 1 1/2 hours and people hollering at the bar watching a game we were just ready to go. and i dont plan on returning any time soon.

Mar 26th 2007 10:01AM i only watch american idols when they try out so i can see the dufuses who cnat sing but the kid crying it was probly real i took my daughter to see backstreet boys a while back and there were kids crying throught he whole thing the girl probly was very excited hey and at 13 hormones and mixed emotions probly took tole on the girl.
