4 Secrets to Scoring a Bank-Owned Property Deal {AOL Real Estate}
Mar 30th 2012 12:36PM Very risky to buy a home on the courthouse steps. You get no title insurance or full title report for that matter, so you buy it, then find out the property has liens against it for back taxes,hoa fee's,mechanics lien's,etc. could cost you thousands and much time to clear up. Buying an REO can be good, but you need an agent who knows the property,knows what they are looking at, as the banks will not disclose anything, by law they don't have to, and generally the banks will do no repairs, so be prepared for lost time and money with inspections to have the bank so no,as-is. Love the banks clause about daily perdiem charge to buyer for any delay of closing, but yet when the banks can't get their act toghether and need extension's, they wont pay the buyer perdiem for their delay. Had a bank ask for 3 extensions on me because they could not get title clear, I told them on the 3rd one, they now have to pay me 100 a day perdiem, and they tried cancelling escrow, bunch of rats!!
Renters Beware: Fraudsters Still Lurking on Craigslist {AOL Real Estate}
Mar 13th 2012 7:09PM I pay for everything in cash, do not have any credit cards, or care too. Been credit card free and loan free for over 6 years, cash works great, until you go to some business that does not know how to accept cash. I could go into some businesses and drop a nugget of gold on the counter for payment, and they would not know how to process it,would be like, do you have a credit card, idiots. Cash is king!!! Now for these folks, obviously not familiar with scammers, they are everywhere, I had some nice furniture for sale on c-list, and two different parties sent me cashiers checks, each check was for thousands more than my items, and they stated to give their man in the moving truck the furniture and balance of check in cash when he came to pick up.I played along,did simple research to find out the checks were totally bogus, turned those in the the FBI with the buyers contact info, let the guy sweat for a while, then dropped a ton of heat on them..

FHA Loans: What 3.5% Down Can Buy in This Housing Market {AOL Real Estate}
Dec 12th 2011 1:04PM Every area is different, buyers need to check with local lenders to see what the FHA loan limits are in that county. Our county, the FHA loan limit is $273,000 not $723,000 as the article stated. Let's confuse things even more, as the media tries to do by lumping all areas into one basket.

Do Electronic Gadgets Really Affect an Airplane's Instruments? {AOL Travel News}
Mar 25th 2011 4:13PM All the folks that replied to my comment, and MS:
I never said that I like to here dumbasses talk on their phones about pure nothingness, and agree it is very rude, as I would never do that, and dont care to have people ease drop on my conversations, which are usually financial. What I said is the electronics in planes are far superior to any handheld device, and these devices have been proven impossible to actually bring down any plane or interfere enough to cause loss of plane control from the pilot. It is just a control the people into believing something that is bogus, so the mindless sheep can continue to live in fear, where as they can be controlled. I always love the idiots that as soon as the plane lands they get out of their seat and stand in the isle like they are goind to go somewhere, cuz they are soo important, what a joke. Or the moron who packs so much crap in their carry on, and expects to jamb it in overhead of someone elses space. Funny tho when the flight attendant comes by to check on your seat and tray table, um sir, you need to have your tray table in the upright position, the pilot is trying to land the plane, what is the pilot up in the cockpit, saying damm you feel that shimmy, someone doesnt have their tray table up,we cant land.
Do Electronic Gadgets Really Affect an Airplane's Instruments? {AOL Travel News}
Mar 25th 2011 1:24PM Totally bunk. Cell phones and electrical devices do absolutley nothing to aircraft and their equipment. This was proven to be false in a documnetary show I saw. It is basically so the airline can say, if something ever happened, that the passengers didnt listen to the emergency instructions or if there was a mechanical failure of the plane, they can try and blame it on someone else so they do not have to pay. You could have 1,000 phones on the plane running, talking,texting,emailing,whatever with no affect on the plane at all.
