Up-dating - yes. But what home does not need something.
Inviting - yes. A home with stories to tell and much to offer.
The price - Who knows, less has gone for more, and more for less.
Homes are emotional. A fireplace could sell a home to one person and not to another.
The entrance could put off a buyer right at the start, or welcome in the new caretaker.
This one will find the right one, it will be "up dated". What remains to be seen is if it looses it's soul in the process.
