Apr 6th 2013 12:01AM Most folks in Homeowner Associations have no idea they can dissolve the Assocation...most such associations need 75% to dissolve.

Jul 19th 2012 12:39PM In Mountlake Terrace, WN there were homes built after WW2. The "Season Master" style had garage door walls that were set on rollers to allow the entire wall to slide into the home; thus open the garage to become a covered patio. The kitchen window had a pass through with a ledge for placing what was finished cooking, outside. I doubt most of the folks living in these Season Masters have any idea what is still available behind their closed garage doors.
Jul 19th 2012 12:23PM Having sold real estate for 43 years, I've been shown, by sellers, secret rooms, and bomb shelters, and now await an earthquake to shake down a 2 story chimney wall where a safe was installed.

I betcha her run-ons will read like this: “It's like when General Custer, that there all American Ingin' fighter who got caught up in the war 'tween him and Chief Little Big Horn who took exception to Custer's messing not only around with Chief's Little Big Horn's squaw Pochontus; but also like with madam Shackupcheewea who was swiped from a survey crew headed up by Sinclare Lewis and Cluck. And then that there when Custer he caught a arrowhead in a crotch-fire resultin' in what's wits known as Custer's Lost Stand. I betcha' had there been Viagra invention, then there paleface he wood still bee alive not still and still getting lots of action from like Pochontus, and like Shakupcheewea and all kind public notice same as I are.
Jun 7th 2011 2:32PM I have all my report cards from Kindergarden through High School. Reading back, if there was a grade in Stupidy, I would have got straight A. I rode into the University of Washington on my GI Bill. After 3 quarters,I wised up -like Bill Gates-and dropped out. I am retired. I am financially independent: Tell me, what did I do wrong? Dah??
Jun 4th 2011 10:38PM I sold real estate for 43 years. I retired before the bubble burst. What kept me in the business was "home prices never went down; but up: and that "up" generated the equity to pay the costs to sell and to buy again. This was the domino effect that did fund the real estate business and nationwide. The pin that popped the bubble, was wages failed to keep up with inflation, and contingencies failed to sell. It is fact:The real estate business, is in reality, a giant contingency) Now, the dominos are falling backwards and they generate foreclosures and this feeds upon itself. I am glad I am out of the real estate business; however I miss the action.
Jun 3rd 2011 12:45PM A gift, we always gave the new baby's sister or brother, at any sign of envy, was a stimilous package; like a swat on the ass. Otherwise: Woe thee O Land when a child is king.
May 28th 2011 12:21PM My wife has no idea I have been working out. I started with one push up and increased it by each day. I am up to 435 for the month of May. One of these mornings she is going to roll over and through her dim vision she is going to believe she slept with a stranger.
