Kevin Smith Lost 65 Pounds After Being Kicked Off Airplane for Being Too Fat {PopEater}

Feb 9th 2011 5:15PM Kevin, it is in our dna to be attracted to the healthiest specimens. Add to that the barrage of marketing that shows healthy to skinny actors eating the most unhealthy foods and products always, always designed to make everything easier and you've got an obesogenic society.

Still, never forget, fat and lazy is an oxymoron, a paradox, an impossibility. It's the hardest work on the planet. It's a 24/7 lifting and carrying job with no pay, no vacations, no weekends off and the perks are horrible. I've eliminated 125 pounds of excess fat permanently because I've made the decision, I'm too lazy to be fat, and job one of being fat - BACKSLIDING. I quit the job of being fat an I quit it's essential sub-job - backsliding. Go to walmart, carry their heaviest bag of dog food as far as you can (48 pounds).... you used to carry that every step you took, every time you sat down, stood up, rolled over. You think you were fat and lazy? Ha! You were one of the hardest working people on the planet.

Kelsey Grammer Slams 'Malicious' Father's Day Rumor {PopEater}

Jul 6th 2010 9:23AM I'd venture that most divorces are a lot like having half one's body amputated. I don't think a zip code has a lot to do with it. My heart goes out to everyone in the family.

Let's Hear It For the Boys: A Few Good Hollywood Men Who Stay Faithful {PopEater}

May 11th 2010 1:35PM Jay and Mavis Leno. As long as Jay has the Tonight show I get to go to bed with a man who is faithful to his wife. I used to get up to Charlie Gibson on GMA. Those were the best years. I went to bed with a faithful husband and got up with a faithful husband. It never mattered they were only in my home via TV. But it's a daily renewal of faith I like.

Olivia Newton-John's Ex-Boyfriend: I'm Alive, Now Stop Looking for Me {PopEater}

Apr 3rd 2010 11:55AM Leave him alone? Leave him alone?? After what he did? Too bad I'm not a news reporter, I'd take his urgent desire to be left alone as my green light. I'd hound him till the day the piece of excrement died or lost his mind, one or the other. In any case he should go to prison for insurance fraud.

Bill Gates, Engadget reader {Engadget}

Feb 16th 2006 6:52PM Bill I know you're aware we're about 7 years over due for a pandemic. And I don't have to tell you fear may very easily turn to panic if our next pandemic is a bad one. If everyone knew that fear has a purpose, that it's an alarm clock to wake us up to get educated and prepared for what we very likely may face -- then they would take action and get prepared. However, a lot of people only think fear is to suffer or for entertainment (movies, games etc.) so they put off thinking about getting prepared, let alone doing it all because NO ONE is telling everyone how to correctly use their fear. You're Bill Gates. If you decided to get that message to the masses before the pandemic gets here, you could get millions of ostriches to pull their head out of the sand and get busy preparing for it.
