Make the hydrogen from water, using solar panels at your house. Plug-up up your car every night. Let your local system add hydrogen to your car. When your system doesn't produce enough energy/hydrogen -- don't go anywhere! Too bad. You shouldn't be a spoiled brat. Be responsible, wait until you have enough hydrogen to go somewhere.
