Soldier Brandon Weir Must Take Down American Flag, HOA Demands {AOL Real Estate}
Feb 28th 2013 8:11PM So don't sign an agreement where you agree not to fly a flag, or put some religious crap out front, or to break any of the other rules made to keep the neighborhood looking neat and uncluttered. And whether you served twenty one years in the service or not, that doesn't give you any special rights. You seem to be one of those who likes to flaunt your patriotism. You were a lifer, big deal. I served during Vietnam, big deal.
Soldier Brandon Weir Must Take Down American Flag, HOA Demands {AOL Real Estate}
Feb 28th 2013 8:03PM I'm sick and tired of these idiots who buy homes with homeowners associations and then complain about having to abide by the rules. These idiots like to flaunt their patriotism knowing there will be repercussions for doing it. Then they can claim they are being victimized for their patriotism and they get the attention they're so hungry for. Hang your flag in your living room if you feel the need to. If one homeowner gets to fly whatever he/she wants to, then all homeowners should get to fly whatever flag they want to. Someone will want to fly a confederate flag, someone else will want to fly a Mexican flag, and so on. Soon the place will look like a big mess.

Jan 18th 2013 1:30PM If I'm not mistaken, the reason they're taking the building down is it was damaged by Godzilla when he crashed into it.
Guns at Home: Do Neighborhoods' Firearms Permits Lower Property Values? {AOL Real Estate}
Jan 17th 2013 4:34PM I would prefer not to live near people with guns. I have kids. The likelihood that a family member or a friend of a family member becomes the victim of a gun-related incident is something like 50 times the likelihood that the gun will be used to fend off a criminal. Kids get shot by mistake, people shoot themselves by mistake, someone misappropriates a gun and uses it to harm someone, someone gets drunk and goes overboard, someone gets depressed and shoots themself and so on. Once in a while someone is able to protect themselves or their property with a gun. But those instances are few and far between.

Dec 21st 2012 3:04PM At the risk of appearing to make a partisan comment, it sounds like living in that house would be good preparation for becoming a republican congressman.
Secondhand Smoke in Apartment Buildings: Can You Make Your Neighbor Stop Puffing Inside? {AOL Real Estate}
Dec 20th 2012 5:44PM It sounds to me that you have a psychosomatic illness combined with a persecution complex. You should consult a mental health counselor of some type.
Secondhand Smoke in Apartment Buildings: Can You Make Your Neighbor Stop Puffing Inside? {AOL Real Estate}
Dec 20th 2012 3:48PM All this second hand smoke stuff is a bunch of baloney. If people want to say they don't like the smell, that's one thing. But the notion that second hand smoke has any significant effect on anyone's health is just ridiculous. The studies that claim it is harmful are based on junk science. The human body has no problem adjusting to all sorts of crap that we breath in. Dust, dirt, pollution, second hand smoke, etc. It's a matter of quantity that makes the difference.

Nov 26th 2012 4:23PM There is no more hateful a religious group than christians. They are becoming to America what the Taliban is to the middle east. They're trying to end the separation of church and state in a country which was founded on the basis of individual freedom.

Oct 14th 2012 6:09PM How nice to hear taxpayers' dollars maintain his land preserve. We take good care of our 1 percenters don't we? So what if some 99 percenters have to give up their food stamps. Let them eat cake.
Woolworth Mansion in New York City Asking $90 Million (House of the Day) {AOL Real Estate}
Oct 13th 2012 7:44PM Those of us belonging to the 99% work our tails off so that the 1% can own homes like this. It's call redistribution of wealth. Money is being redistrbuted from the middle class to the rich. The 400 richest people in this country have as much wealth as the bottom 150 million people. Now Romney wants the richest to pay even less in taxes. What is happening in America. Are people really stupid enough to vote Romney and Ryan?
