Oct 29th 2009 7:34PM Wayne is a blue blood Philadelphia Main Line community. Think Cary Grant, Katharine Hepburn, and Jimmy Stewart in "A Philadelphia Story." Lots of very old money and estates. M Knight Shyamalan lives there (or at least he use to), so maybe he's the neighbor.
This is a gorgeous property.
