Did I miss something in this story's translation? It said in the article that the individual tried, but could not get TSA and Southwest employees to help, yet of course the word got out to the pilot (great)who of course solved the problem, it soundss to me that the Southwest individuals who demonstrated no effort or willingness to help should be at least spoken to. If I misread the article then I stand corrected,regardless "a great story and a great effort " by SW and the pilot.
