Feb 9th 2006 9:16AM HAHAH You're right.. Jacksonville is a dump....but more like the armpit of the earth!!! I think this island is a gold mine. You buy the land then do the good old American thing.....bring in developers to place hotels and sell the property for 10 times the price.
