It was a mistake and she should pay a price for that mistake like everyone else. But for the family of the victim to sue her for $50 million is a crime in itself, it is lawyers and the family trying to make money off a very sad situation and they all should be ashamed of themselves. I think Brady should have to payout something but lets be real, she worked hard for what he earned like all of us do every day. Anyone who drives on an LA freeway knows how dangerous it is. The family should also be suing the driver who cause the chain reaction crash in the first place too. But that sucker probably worth 50k so why not go after the big fish aka Brandy, RIGHT. If you agree with that then your scummy too. To Brandy, my best, I know you must be very upset over what happened but you will over come, it was a mistake and accident, it happens to the best of us. But girl you fight some you earned that money you have and be reasonable with any payout but not a fool.
