Panthers Release Jake Delhomme {Fanhouse NFL Blog}
Mar 5th 2010 2:13PM Man talk about your fair weather fans. Kitty fans seem to forget that Jake took them to the Superbowl. We Saints fans were bitchin like a mofo when the front office traded him. Y'all got spoiled, and now you're acting like brats. Yeah he is old, but to say he sucks??!! C'MON MAN!!!!!

Mar 4th 2010 4:41PM Sharper will be back as a Saint, He will get a 2 year deal worth $4-5 mil per season with incentive clauses. No one not even the Saints are going to fork over $7 mil (franchise tag) on a 34 year old safety, even if he does hit like Ronny Lott, the former 49er great. He will be back, but it doesn't hurt his chances at the big pay day, in fact it improves them. And he does deserve it.

Feb 25th 2010 11:07AM Sports writers need to report on sports and quit pontificating from the sidelines. It just sounds so disingenuous coming from people whose own lives would not stand the same scrutinous microscope.

Peyton a Double Agent? Some Think So {Fanhouse NFL Blog}
Feb 23rd 2010 4:30PM It's amazing what people will say when crying in their beer over a game's results. I suppose the Saints and the Lions have just been giving it away for the previous 42 seasons. They didn't lose they were part of the conspiracy to annoint Dallas, Pittsburgh, San Francisco, and New England as the only cities with deserving players and fans. Here is what is wrong with the conspiracy argument. Neither Minnesota or Indy counted on Tracy Porter to do anything in those games against their respective clubs. He studied the film, learned the opponents tendencies, anticipated the moves and jumped the routes and pretty much sealed the deal in both the NFC championship game and the Superbowl. You don't want to admit that your QBs after 10+ years of playing would develop habits that opposing corners could exploit. Most fans are not students of the game they love and it shows in their "Grassy Knoll" comments.
Tiger Woods' Mistresses Deserve an Apology, Too {PopEater}
Feb 22nd 2010 10:39PM Those women owe Elin Woods an apology. Nothing is owed to them, least of all an apology. They had to be well aware of the situation and are just as culpable as Tiger.

Feb 18th 2010 12:36PM It is no ones business what they do with or to each other as long as it doesn't hurt anyone else. The sanctimonious purveyors of hostile morality just make me ill. Glass houses and all that. The public's and media's attention should have stayed at the end of the driveway and gone no further. These folks here at Popeater should get some morals of privacy, lest their own lives be thrust onto an AOL page. I wonder if they could stand the same scrutiny.
