Kate Winslet Poses Nude in 'Flawless' New LancĂ´me Ad Campaign: VIDEO {Stylelist (Main)}
Mar 9th 2011 10:29PM Nude or not, She's still one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen- celeberity or otherwise! So many these days feel that a woman has to look a certain way to be beautiful and in my opinion, Kate Winslet is more to the norm as to how a woman should actually look. I'd much rather have my girl look like Kate than some of these anorexic looking others everyone holds to such high standards. Kate's much more like the average woman, and a very beautiful one at that!
Strip Club Hot Topic At Dallas/Fort Worth Airport {AOL Travel News}
Jan 9th 2011 6:12PM A few points to poinder here... 1) Just how close to the airport is this club? Not mentioned in the article! Now if it's right outside the entrance, I can understand the issues with traffic & drunk patrons coming out of the club, but how many flyers, frequent or otherwise, get trashed on the plane, get into their rental car & drive away unnoticed?? 2) As has already been said, Seems like the airport wants all the action! Just like the ballparks now- they won't let you bring your own but they're more than happy to charge you $7 or more for a beer! And if they serve food, it's more than likely better than the crap you end up having to buy at most airports.. 3) finally, what's wrong with having a place to go & unwind after a flight that just happens to have dancers? Not all strip clubs are glorifed cat houses- this one was described as 'upscale' in the article- that means better quality environment for the clientele, and of course, better quality, better presented entertainment and /or food & drink than most, along with a trained security staff to keep it under control - now of course, the drink prices are probably just as high as the executive lounges in the airport, but honestly, the last thing I want to do when getting off a flight is to hang around the airport! Let me get somewhere & relax!

Jan 9th 2011 5:35PM Bree, I think I speak for most of the people who posted comments here- It's a wonder that you haven't been blasted with derrogatory comments, but it's just not worth the grief!
What Not to Ask on a Job Interview {AOL Jobs}
Dec 22nd 2010 4:43PM Judging from your reply here, you can't have a lot of experience in the job market- I'm middle aged & having been a boss myself, suck-ups & so-called ass kissers were 2 things I couldn't stand! Most bosses these days are more worried about their OWN job security than yours! The sad truth nowadays is in the present job market, it's kill or be killed, I'm afraid to say.
26.2 Percent of Jobs Created in 2010 are Temporary {AOL Jobs}
Dec 22nd 2010 3:03PM Very well said & unfortunately very true, Sean....
What Not to Ask on a Job Interview {AOL Jobs}
Dec 22nd 2010 2:56PM Rory, I would have to agree with Cal here- I'm in a similar boat as yourself & found that in this case the best answer is the truth- I'm due to start a new job after the first of the year which is a step down for me as well, but if you have to start over, anything is better than nothing. After all, the bills have to be paid somehow.....Good Luck in your endeavour!
Brett Favre Must Walk Away -- While He Still Can {Fanhouse NFL Blog}
Dec 21st 2010 9:31AM I have to agree! Just look at guys like Aikman, Montana, Marino & Elway- Those guys knew when enough was enough & retired while they still had their sanity & stamina, etc. It's time for Favre to do the same, A great career, but in my opinion he's only starting to bring down what could be a great team......
'Narnia: Dawn Treader' Barely Treads Water, Wins Weak Box Office {Moviefone Blog}
Dec 13th 2010 10:46AM It doesn't surprise me that movies aren't doing that great at the box office- With the current economy and resulting downturn in family spending limits, not to mention the time of year, what do they expect? And with the weather that's currently sweeping across the country- I(like probably many others,) would love to go spend a few bucks to see a movie or two, but I'd rather have food & heat in my house instead! But in all honesty, The star power of an actor/actress only lasts for so long, & the way I see it, both Jolie's & Depp's is beginning to fade.... Who agrees?
How to Address Gaps in Work History and Other Confusing Chronologies {AOL Jobs}
Dec 5th 2010 10:43AM Ok- This makes how many articles on resume improvement or refinement that have been on here? Now if they would all not be so damn contradictory of each other, then they might even be somewhat useful!! I've personally read just about all of them & that's about all they do- In my experience, If an employer wonders why there's a gap, they will ask! Yet another one I read says delete your school graduation dates! When I showed 2 different copies of my resume to a hiring consultant friend of mine, he asked, What did you do that for? Does my point of view make sense to anybody else out there??
Delta Passenger Scrutinized for Tattoo {AOL Travel News}
Nov 17th 2010 3:34PM Thank you, Kathlee!! Very well said!! I have a few tats of my own & each one says something about me or is in rememberance of my late father, all tastefully done! Now if I'm to be judged for remembering my father by the art on my arm, or a serviceman who's proud to serve his country & shows it with body art then we really are in a bad state of affairs.....
