With TV in its infancy, I grew up a fan of Gene, Roy Rogers, Dale Evans, Hopalong Cassidy, The Cisco Kid, The Lone Ranger, their sidekicks and horses. Seeing the Gene Autry home would only bring those memories to those in my age group. It is a generation thing, like Dick Clark's American Bandstand would be. I hope every generation has the simple yet true quality of these memories to savor, even though the moral quality is no longer intact.

May 10th 2010 10:48AM This is not for the average person living on a food budget.
This diet SOUNDS good if you have nothing to do than fix these meals, and have the money to budget all the expensive items listed. Then what do you do with the rest of the ingredients you don't need for all this???
Knowing your body, what you can/should and can't/shouldn't eat (allergies etc.), eating small meals more often than big meals,cutting down the size of servings of the healthy foods you can eat, not eating after 6pm (yes 6pm) and exercise, even if it's walking would be better than the stress of trying to fix all this.
This woman is living in la la land!!! Good grief!!
