The techno is out there to shut off or hold a phone in operable once a car is turned on. It needs to be a law .. all cars must have this technology starting next year 2012.
Perhaps we need to a bit further.. all cell phone's useres / sold must must agree to no texting or talking on a cell phone while driving. If seen doing either.. while driving, copy the plate number, and report the time , place date and discription of vehcile to a state wide registry..
If we can use auto systems to take a picture of infractions on the highways.. to trip camera's .. then that same techno should be used to hold harmless cell phones too.., when a vehicle starts.

The Exwife, shame on you. Although even his "friend" from dif strokes said he had to go thru her.. to "talk" to gary. They talked by text messages. Now, to be honest.. who knows who was talking w/ texting ?
Seeing her talk on tv after his death, she is a fruit cake. I forget the exact question, something like what did the relationship mean to her.. but her response was.. he bought me a car!
Oh I don't know.. water under the bridge now, and to be honest not much to "take" anyway. He had very little money! His "people" will see that all of the money is gone, and ex wife, is just that.. she did all the legal gifts before he died.
She won't get a dime now.

Jun 9th 2010 1:41AM Pathetic we have to go down to #6 comment to get to real people making real comments, not commercials or someone waiting to promote a date line.
Many years ago I was working at a salon that promoted colon cleanes.. and we had Dr's come in and talk about it.
They explained that Dr's already know, the colon is a "pipe" that has toxins, which are flushed by going to the bathroom.. but, some of the toxins are not eleminated, due to the " pouches" that occure.. it is thru the colon cleanes that this takes place.
I had to eat only certain foods, so it would pass easier and not clog things up while taking the cleanes.
Most of the on the market clean's like Jillians.. does not tell you what to eat during that time.
If they don't.. then they are a waste of time. Your trying to clean.. out... eleminate, it takes a couple of wks to do this.
If you eat the same foods as you always do.. your not doing anything to "Clean".. the pipes so to speak.
Waste of time.

Charge the parents for it.. big time. Once the taxpayers quit paying for it, it will slow down!
Then if the child is "gifted", Let the parents take steps to educate them.. over and above, what is given to all children equally.. that will stop the rest of it.

We really do not need more educated idiots in the world.
We need people who can work, function.. and be human.
If a child can't tie his shoe at age 5, then sit down and teach him how.. ! duh
We don't need a test for it.
Pushing little one's too much, let them be young.. we see already what pushing them to be adults have gotten us too.
I put this subject in the same scope as the 5 yr old beauty queens.. disgusting!
If all these tests were right, if all the educated idiots were right.. then why is it we started teaching sex education in elementary.. telling kids and being up front.. and by the time they are in high school....
The same kids now have babies that we the tax payers are now paying for their medical, dental, food, housing, education ???
Answer that question.
All the education in the world didn't stop the kids .. that knew the truth.. and were"educated" from making worse mistakes.
at least before they were "educate" they were taught it was wrong.. and not acceptable.
Education lets them think.. oh every one does it so .. I have a "right" to do it too.. and you have to pay for it!

May 7th 2010 11:11AM Your way of thinking is way off base.. and you need to reserve your opinion until you can verify that what you say will happen or has.
Police do not stop for no reason, they need probable cause.
If they "stretch" the probable cause, then you as a legal resident of the USA.. can get a lawyer and / or go to court and plea your case. A judge will make a decision.
When arrested, arrests goes thru channels. Not just one cop.
I don't know of too many police depts that will jail some one w/ out probable cause. They leave themselves wide open for a law suit! Duh!
Even now every state has a right to stop you, if your driving.. ask for a drivers license. No you are not "required" to carry it, but it does say, should be carried.
Now if your stupid enough not to carry it..
You can sit there or be detained, your car towed.. and you will have to prove you have a license.
Easy enough with NCIC.. takes maybe 30 seconds to do.
Duh
Same will go with a legal citizen. They are going to put it in a computer.. you will be able to be found.. and move on in about 30 seconds maybe a minute if the computer is slow.
IF it is not found.. then.. you will be detained, arrested.
If you are illegal.. immagrations will take it from there!
Easy, legal.. and fret free.
American citizens have social security numbers.. I have mine memorized.. easy!
So.. cut out all the bull.. we need these laws and even tougher one's.
My guess.. you will be the first to cry.. help when they start bombing your neighborhood.. and praising muhammad.
Then the laws won't help .. will they?

Its not just Mexican, We are in a time of great stress.. our Country is being invaded by illegals and legals that are trying to murder "American's".
Do you think that car bomb in Ny, last week.. cared if it was legal.. illegal or who he murdered ?
By the way, he didn't "sacrafice" himself.. he fled the area.. was trying to leave the country when they caught him.
People.. you are not safe.. we need more laws and more enforcement.. and more people who think, instead of all the propaganda.. that is poured down our throats by bleeding hearts!

It is not profiling, it is not racist.. its not discriminating to have this law.
Unless you live in a state and deal w/ lack of laws.. then you have no right to say anything. Period.
No one is saying do not come to America. What we are saying.. is do it legally!
The law of the land is being broken.. and in return, Americans are being violated!
Pesonally I think our constitution needs to be revamped.
Its obviously flawed, American is way to lenient.. in taking in and allowing people into the country.
