Jul 20th 2010 8:11AM Whenever a debt collector calls ur home , say the followin..."This conversation is being recorded for personal, civil and or criminal liability. Please state ur full name and intent of this telephone call".
The debt collector will probably tell u that u don't have his or her permission to record the call. Ignore their rant. It is ur absolute right to record any telephone conversation in spite of what they might say. If u feel as though u have been abused in any way, report the matter with the entire telephone conversation, to the state's Attorney General, Better Business Bureau or whatever governing body in ur state or locality.
Don't be afraid. No one has the right to abuse u under any circumstances. This is the United States of America...stand up for ur rights!

As a result, many women will by-pass the 30's and 40's year olds to get a fresh start in a marriage, even it may mean marrying an older man, who by the way, may be much more appreciative of a younger woman.
