May 29th 2009 2:32AM Thomas Maier delivers again. Casual chic at it's best. Worth every penny.
Fendi Fur-Accented Bike Defies Logic, Taste {Luxist}
May 23rd 2009 7:37AM "utterly classless"????
Couldn't disagree more. I think it's a very refined and understated design despite its use of fur. It's been done in a most elegant, English countryside way. Totally impractical but if i'm buying Fendi i'm not looking for practical.

Apr 14th 2009 11:58PM First sentence........highly presumptuous. May I suggest you never treat your readers as ignoramus's.
Rent The Hilton House For The Summer {Luxist}
Apr 8th 2009 4:52AM I just love the fact that some are going to be immediately attracted to this place purely based on the Hilton association and therefore part with the 400K. It's a complete turn off for me. I like to go on holiday and NOT contract every conceivable sexually transmitted disease from soft furnishings.
Dior Christal Mystérieuse Watch {Luxist}
Apr 8th 2009 4:44AM Not exactly what I would call "pretty" but most definitely striking and one of the more unique and engaging timepiece designs i've seen recently. Love it and want it.
Dior Two-Textured Leather Satchel, Handbag of the Day {Luxist}
Apr 8th 2009 4:36AM It's like reading the fashion report from my high school paper all over again. Now that's just sad. Someone needs to seriously lift their game if they are to be taken seriously.
Abu Dhabi's Helix Hotel Will Feature Glass-Bottom Pool {Luxist}
Apr 4th 2009 3:54AM My goodness you really are THAT ignorant. I was almost on your side with the whole cigar rant but now....hell no. You obviously know very little in relation to architecture and the origins of certain aesthetic movements. I suggest you look just a teeny weeny bit deeper into FLWs designs and see that even he also drew inspiration from others. I know this will come as a great shock to you but architecture and design was around well before he hit the scene.
The Razor, Estate of the Day {Luxist}
Apr 1st 2009 11:33PM STUNNING. I could very easily see myself curled up in my Edra Boa with a good book and my dog in front of that fireplace. It makes me so calm and comfortable just thinking about it.
I just love the juxtaposition between the solid, almost monolithic nature of the concrete elements and the airy, weightlessness of the glass curtain components. This is very close to my idea of a dream home. Just beautiful.
