Dec 2nd 2010 6:35AM You're so right John.......our "Rocky" had been left to starve, chained to a backyard fence when a group of college kids abandoned a house in our neighborhood for summer break......he was 2.5 yrs old and only 28 lbs (supposed to be 60).......he had literally been cannibalizing the sides of his own feet to survive.................when we found him, we immediately took him to the closest animal hospital and after a 4 day struggle he was finally stable, and able to come home w/us.....the vet. said he'd not have survived but a couple more days if we'd not brought him in.........well, long story short, he's now almost 9 yrs old, healthy, happy, friendly, spoiled rotten, and the most loving k9 companion either of us have ever had......he also gave us a litter of 5 wonderful pups that we kept........oh, yeah.....he's also a full blooded American Pitt Bull Terrier, but was so thin when we found him, I thought he was a Greyhound, my Wife thought he was a Whippet.

Nov 4th 2010 7:11AM My best friend & I used to ride our horses through the phys-ed lot and parking lot while we were "skipping" school........later on, there was one bar in our town that let us ride them into the bar, then immediately back out.
It's this "oh NO, WHO'S gonna sue us over THIS" mentality thats absolutely ruining being young.

Aug 22nd 2010 11:23PM one sleeps between us with his head on a pillow, flat of his back..........one sleeps under the bed, 3 sleep on pet beds surrounding our bed, and one sleeps on our couch........."pillow boy" is a tuxedo Pitt, like the one in the video.......the other 5 are his offspring from a dingo/min.sheperd hybrid..........needless to say, we feel safe enough to sleep quite well.

May 24th 2010 7:41AM I was using a metal bat in 1978 when I knocked my own team-mates eye out.....yes, O...U...T. with a line drive as he was running from 1st to 2nd base. It also crushed his eye socket and nearly killed him.
He was wearing a batting helmet, but it still knocked him all the way off the baseline dirt, into the right field grass. We were both 14 and playing in "Babe Ruth" league All Stars.
I never played again.......maybe wooden bats ARE good enough.

I'm quite tired of the "ideal female body image" resembling that of a 12 yr. old boy.
I've known several ladies of both body types, and the "Olive Oils" without fail were unhappy,neurotic,self posessed, opportunists, and the women with curves were normally much more pleasant to be around publicly, and much more fun during more "private" moments.

Jan 22nd 2010 5:33AM NOBODY in the U.S.A. has a legal right to conceal their identity in a PUBLIC place.........doubt this? go walk around town in a ski mask and see what you're told..........I have no problem with them covering their faces, in NON PUBLIC PLACES, but when in public, they should abide by the same laws as every other American..........if they don't like that, then they should go live in a country where they ARE allowed.
I'm absolutely sick to death of all these minute minorities demanding we change our laws to suit THEM........my great grandparents had to adapt, and the Muslims can to.

Sep 11th 2009 5:34AM Since Charlies soooooo wrong, maybe ONE of you genuises can tell me why there was NO PLANE WRECKAGE found at the Pentagon? oh yeah, and what happened to the 6000 gallons of aviation fuel?? the fire wasn't THAT big !!....oh, and, why was the front lawn still pristene, instead of torn up ?????? It's estimated that to do the amount of damage that was done, a plane would have to be travelling 20 feet off the ground, at over 500 mph.........why did NO ONE SEE OR HEAR THIS PLANE ?????? Before you call me bad names, know that I had a good friend that DIED at the Pentagon that day, they could only find 3 teeth and part of his upper palate for D.N.A.
