Feb 23rd 2013 8:19PM So when he says "for any reason", lets say the police arrive at your door, but it was a mistake or wrong address, or if they come to your home investigating a crime and were there to ask you questions but you were not involved in any crime, or.....where you see where i am going but anyways, It would seem to me the apartment complex is opening its self up to lawsuits for wrongful convictions, plus if they signed leases and that part is not in there i dont see how they would get away that either.

Mar 29th 2009 1:06AM David, i been thinking that for years now. I do not know why our government does not do more to protecting us from these scum bags. Although i think the death penalty is a bit much, i do believe that a very large fine and about 25 years in prison and the government going after these punks more aggresively might just make them think twice before doing such cowardly acts. To me its a form of terrorism and should be treated as such.

Jan 15th 2009 5:24AM This is so lewdricus, should teenagers be arrested and charged for having sex too if they are under the age of 18? I mean for real, what in the world is the freaking difference anyways. Teens are going to be teens no matter what an adult will say or do anyways partly because alot of them dont have any kind of parent oversight. Maybe if porn period was illegal in this country this kind of thing would not be happening. And lets not forget about the technology out there in the hands of teens now days. It was bound to happen so you cannot really blame them.

Feb 22nd 2008 1:16PM I cant see anything this kid did wrong and everything wrong with what this cop did. I mean come on, throwing someone down on the ground for doing absolutly nothing, and then taking the poor kid skateboard away just shows you just how some cops would go so low and abusive the position of authority. If i was the kids parents this fat pig would be up on charges, and i my eyes he wouldnt be sitting his fat behind at a desk in a police dept or any other place. I wonder if this pig has any kids and if so, does he treat them the same way. I just wanted so much to reach inside my computer screen and reach for this fat pig gun and give him a good ole fashion pistol whip. He needs to be in prison, there he would get the same treatment that he gave that poor kid, i bet then and only then, he would think again before he ever will treat another person like this again.
