Apple Sued By iCloud Communications for Trademark Infringement {AOL Small Business}

Jun 19th 2011 4:49PM Is there any more blatant theft of copyright than the wholesale appropriation of another company’s corporate name for one of your product lines?

Savings Experiment: Make Filing Your Taxes Less Painful - and Less Costly {WalletPop}

Jan 27th 2011 9:48PM Yeah! The vast majority of CPAs do not do tax returns as a regular part of their practice. They are not required to take tax courses to maintain the state licenses. In their undergraduate studies at most of accounting programs around here they only take one semester of taxation, about what a beginning tax preparer gets at one of the big three when they first start out. People with complex returns or who want the preparer to use all the options to minimize taxes should see an EA. That's all we do. Nothing but taxes, no auditing, no writeups, no mergers and acquisitions, just taxes.

Michelle Obama Wears Bold Multi-Print Tunic Dress to Dinner on Martha's Vineyard {Stylelist}

Aug 25th 2010 7:20PM Gowd! That's ugggggggleeeeee! If it's cotton you can wash windows with it. It looks like a late and demented friend's knitting results. After she passed we threw all the stuff out. It wasn't even worth giving to a shelter. The First Lady needs a fashion consultant.

Aug 13th 2010 1:23PM Religion and other affinities has been used by many to gain the trust, unwanrranted as it is, of fellows for the purpose of making money off them. One of my clients lost over $100,000 in a bad real estate deal orchestrated by a fellow church member whom he had known for decades. Sure it was a bad investment for all, but the behavior of the leader was devious after it went sour.

Confessions of a Census Worker {AOL Jobs}

May 29th 2010 12:28PM I don't know about you lot out there but my local library is closed on Mondays and Sundays too. The nearest library that is open on Mondays is 3 cities away. On Tuesday my library opens at 11:00 am, far too late to get any communication to me about anything happening on Monday or Tuesday. if schedules are not made until 11:30 pm of the night before, using the library computer to access your email is not going to work. Schedules should be made the week before,but that may not be possible if decisions are based on what happened at the end of the week.
