Maybe the listing agent has more on their web site.........the curious can go to Realtor.com and run your search from there. Too bad the heirs have to sell rather than enjoy and hand down through future generations. The same happened to the Newport RI "American Castles". Don't be envious or begrudging. If you want communism, move to another country..or better yet, figure out how to get the American Dream for yourself and give away YOUR $. I have owned my own homes on "Mafia Hill" and "Money Hill" as the locals called them. I EARNED EVERY BRICK, BOARD, AND NAIL IN EVERY PROPERTY I OWN-- STILL DO!

Apr 9th 2013 10:42PM Buy a DUPLEX. There is built in income with the tenant....It is easier to buy. I started with one....and have owned anywhere from 10 to 20 properties at one time and commercial blocks, movie theaters too. Right now 14. I have also added my sons as authorized users with my credit cards... my credit becomes theirs. ( they do NOT use them, just benefit from the good credit) There are ways to buy real estate in all economies. I bought 20 rentals from a retiring owner.. he held 10% paper... we bought at 16% interest, and refinanced 2 times to get the %interest rate down. Sold them for double 2 1/2 years later. Be creative. Think OUTSIDE the box.

He is NOT a psychiatrist or an MD and is a pompous marginal celebrity who would be nowhere if Oprah hadn't launched his supercilious self onto the unsuspecting public.... without the education as an MD/Psychiatrist, his so called advice is of little value. (yes I am married to a psychiatrist-- so I do know some of what I write here)

homeless Vets and others. Homelessness is oftrn due to mental health
issues as in PTSD...and others. DR Ronald M Chase MD is a specialist
in this field. His book and screenplay soon to be a blockbuster movie
"Aftermath a War of Memories" shows his first hand account as a
Military Paychiatrist and the US Govt's indifference to these soldiers
plight. You will see yourself in this book

Oct 9th 2010 11:00PM I believe I KNOW who the 6'tall bald lady was.... She was a regular around the streets of Boston... She used to come into my parent's restaurant when I worked there... Her name was Agnes, she called herself Aggie- Paggie- Waggie, and often referred to herself in the third person. She would sit in a booth and try to negotiate the luncheon specials"no substitutions" to her specifications. "just a little piece of gingerbread instead of the mashed potatoes" She also would "paint" for lack of a better word -- her bald head. Wore layers of eccentric combinations of clothes...as a child I was somewhat afraid of her... as I got to know her she was fascinating.
