KitchenAid Pro Line Toasters {Luxist}
Jan 30th 2007 1:56PM I don't see why $200 is so ridiculous. Noone says anything about people who have hundreds of dollars worth of rims on their car/SUV that could have bought bus tickets for a whole family or heated them, fed them and so on...all these people criticizing others for spending their money on things they like should look around their houses and see how many things they wasted money on-how badly do you need a tv or video game? 2 or 3 computers? expensive stereo? Live and let live I say. If the toast is that much better and you can afford it, go for it.
Dry Soda {Luxist}
Aug 7th 2006 10:04PM $2 per bottle is certainly reasonable. They sound good, but then a lot of things do until you actually try them. I would give it a go and hope for the best. I just hope they don't sell them just by the dozen as the listing suggests.
Dr. Phil's next victim? Paula Abdul. {AOL TV}
Jan 29th 2006 4:52PM Simon is absolutely hilarious. The reason everyone watches him and he's talked about so much is that he's voicing what everyone else is thinking but would never say out loud in front of the person. When he deals with the public outside of the show, he can be quite gracious and kind. But, when you audition, you are there to be judged...I find it humorous that people take offense to his criticism when he is there simply to judge them. By now, people should know that he isn't going to hold back.
Paula tries a little too hard to be the "nice" one. It's become so ingenuine and fake that even she has a hard time keeping a straight face when she's telling someone to keep trying.
