Apr 30th 2011 5:11PM KISS has their make-up trade marked, yet people are always using it in movies, TV shows, etc. Because of their make-up they are of course more recognizable. Never seen them put up a stink about people using their likeness. Even now SNL, South Park, etc. use their characters. And how many tribute bands for The Beatles, Stones, AC/DC, KISS, etc. are there. Tyson and the tattoo artist need to take a chill pill. He was not the first person in the world to have a tattoo like that.

Alice Cooper was just inaugurated to the R&R HOF and he said, “One of the videos with Charlie shows a pale face, the make-up actors use to make themselves look pale & ill, but his chin, neck & hands were tan.” Alice did something in the early ‘70s that people roared about, and Frank Zappa, told him, “Do not ever let anybody know this was fake.” 25+ years later he finally confessed. Gene Simmons and Ozzy have even chimed in why they know it’s fake.

Mar 24th 2011 1:48AM I always thought her mother Dina was the problem. I now see that it’s both of parents. Lindsay still has hope if she gets rid of (even a restraining order) against both parents who have done nothing but mooch from their money daughter who is now probably bankrupt. Her mother screwed other Hollywood celebs, because her daughter introduced her. FACT. I thought her father was overbearing, but I never knew this. She needs to dump BOTH parents, get better, then hopefully do a good movie again, but one where she doesn’t do interviews. Just a good movie that’s enjoyable. Then move up. And forget her paren't that screwed her mind up even growing up

Mar 18th 2011 11:55AM KISS did an album back in ’94 where they didn’t sing one song. A bunch of groups and solo artists who wanted to record, or already had recorded their music. They thought it was flattering that so many artists cited them as an influence, yet went on to develop their own style. Garth Brooks, Kravitz, Jackyl, Smashing Pumpkins, like two other country artists other than Garth. They recorded the music in their style. I’ll bet Poison loves it that somebody is recording a song of theirs 23-25 years later. She’s not trying to be an ‘80s rocker. She’s recording a song she likes, and is not trying to imitate the original.
